Pacquiao vs. Marquez Third Rematch?

After the pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao defeated Sugar Shane Mosley, he is now eying a third rematch with Juan Manuel Marquez. This fight will complete Pacman’s trilogy bout with Marquez. The fight has been set six months from now.
Top Rank’s head honcho, Bob Arum is planning to set Pacquiao’s next fight in November. The lists of possible opponents are Juan Manuel Marquez, Tim Bradley and Zab Judah. Of the three fighters, Marquez has the highest probability to be chosen. Marquez’ first brush with Pacquiao resulted in a draw while the second one resulted in a split decision in favor of Pacquiao. A Pacquiao vs. Marquez fight will be a crowd drawer because their previous two fights were explosive. The only thing that Marquez has to do now is to gain weight in order to come up to Pacquiao’s catch weight of 144 pounds.

Pacman’s trainer, Freddie Roach also wanted this rematch to prove that Pacquiao is really the better fighter between the two. “Marquez seems to have Manny’s number. He is a tough guy and he comes to fight. I would like to shut him up because he keeps saying he got robbed. Marquez is still the best challenge out there for us and I think it would sell,” Roach said.
